Where To Start As a New Parent

  1. Create a Parent Account

Creating a parent portal account is useful for dance mums as it provides easy access to class schedules, payment details, event updates, and performance announcements, while streamlining communication and helping parents stay informed and organised.

2. Have a Look at Our Timetable

Pick classes that are right for you and your dancer by looking at out timetable. If you get stuck, reach out to our staff to assist you in picking classes.

3. Enrol in Classes

Parents can enrol in classes on Dance Studio Pro by logging into their parent portal, clicking register, then selecting the desired classes for their child, and following the prompts to complete the enrolment process. If unsure as to which whether your enrolment has worked, check the calendar on the left hand side of your screen for the student’s classes.

4. Join Our BAND Page

Joining our BAND page will help keep you in the loop as to what’s happening at the studio. It is used for more time sensitive notifications as well as communication between the staff and students.

5. Read Policies

Reading the policies for our dance school is important to ensure a clear understanding of the expectations, rules, and procedures, helping to create a positive and organised experience for both students and parents.

6. Order Uniform

Wearing the correct uniform to class is important as it ensures students are comfortable, promotes discipline, and allows teachers to easily assess posture, alignment, and technique. It makes the dancer feel confident, included and safe in their environment.
