Gym Based Training

This training style is ideal for individuals aged 16 years and over whose goal is to decrease body fat, increase muscle mass and tone, increase strength, improve confidence or improve exercise education.

Gym-based training occurs in Goodlife Joondalup or can be done at home or in the gym of your choice through online personal training.

Studio Based Training

This training style is ideal for dancers of all ages whose goal is to improve their strength, flexibility, coordination and technique.

Studio-based sessions can be used for strength and conditioning, kick, turn and leap improvement, solo rehearsals, exam work improvement, injury rehabilitation, goal setting or sport-specific education.

Emily holds a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Nursing, and has earned certifications in CSTD Modern Jazz and Tap, as well as Group Fitness Training and Personal Training. This combination of qualifications allows her to offer a comprehensive approach to both fitness and dance instruction.

With a lifelong background in dance, having started at the age of two, Emily has always had a keen interest in the physical and mental aspects of health. Over the years, she has developed a deep understanding of how movement impacts the body and mind. Emily integrates cardiovascular and strength training into her own dance practice, which allows her to stay at the top of her game. Her personal experience enables her to relate to individuals at all stages of their fitness journey, whether they are new to training or seasoned athletes.
